Manager- Programme Memberships

As a Manager of the Membership Programme at IGF, you will play a crucial role in curating and delivering a high-impact engagement calendar for premium membership programmes like Leaders Circle and Founders Circle. Your responsibilities will include designing and managing a structured engagement calendar, personalizing member experiences, maintaining member intelligence, and driving growth and impact. Key Responsibilities: - Curate and Manage the Annual Engagement Calendar: - Design a high-value calendar of touchpoints tailored to different membership tiers. - Schedule and manage engagement moments such as closed-door briefings, leadership dinners, networking events, and virtual member-only calls. - Personalization and Journey Mapping: - Develop individual member engagement maps aligned with their interests and goals. - Ensure each member has a well-paced sequence of interactions throughout the year. - Member Intelligence & Communications: - Maintain a detailed member engagement tracker and CRM system. - Produce regular updates and reports tailored for members. - Lead communication efforts to keep members informed and engaged. - Growth & Impact: - Support the development of value propositions to attract and retain members. - Gather insights to evolve the programme and measure engagement performance against KPIs. Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in programme management or engagement coordination. - Proven ability to design and manage structured engagement calendars. - Strong project management skills and familiarity with CRM platforms. - Excellent written communication skills and ability to translate strategic objectives into operational plans. - Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
