Manager Program Management

As a Program Management professional, you will be responsible for the following: - Must have experience in delivering projects in Agile Scrum or SAFe methodologies. - Proficient in running various Scrum Ceremonies such as Product Backlog Grooming, Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. - Possess knowledge of Project Management including Estimation, Scheduling, Planning, Monitoring, and Tracking. - Skilled in Stakeholder Management and Backlog Management. - Engage in interactions with the scrum team to comprehend sprint timelines and goals effectively. Qualifications required for this role: - Strong familiarity with Azure ADO or Jira usage in project management for tasks like creating Epics, Features, User stories, Sprint Planning, capacity planning, and generating/managing dashboards and reports based on burn up/down charts. - Proven experience in managing risks and overseeing larger teams, including collaboration with geographically distributed teams. - Proficiency in Azure DevOps and establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team. - Ability to cultivate a highly skilled team through continuous improvement. - Background in .NET development and knowledge of Azure Fundamentals would be beneficial.,
