Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end API production activities within the assigned block
Ensure adherence to production targets, timelines, and quality standards
Monitor and control process parameters to optimize yield and efficiency
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety, cost, and productivity
Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, EHS, and regulatory requirements
Mentor and develop the production team to enhance technical capabilities

Key Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
1215 years of relevant experience in API manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory audits (USFDA, EU), and EHS standards
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
