Job Description

  • The job role is to be responsible for managing Pan India leads for real estate referral product and to ensure end to end deal closures.
    Development of long-term plans to grow real estate leads and closures, including enhancing the team experience, adding new developers/ Consultants. Monitor leads and closures against targets and adjust approach when necessary. Provide monthly review/insights of the tie-ups, participation of the team.

End to End closure of deals:

Tie-up with Developers/ Cordinate with developers:

Have clear updates of new launches and project status of PAN India projects:

Team Training

  • Follow up for Invoice from Consultant & Developers
    Follow-up for commission invoice and payment from vendors/ developers after closure of deals.
  • Revenue & Business MIS management
    Various MIS management for review analysis
