Manager Prepaid Forex Cards

Job Description: You will be responsible for understanding and internalizing the cost and revenue aspects of the card program as provided by Network partners. Your role will involve negotiation with Program managers on various aspects of card launch, designing and developing end-to-end prepaid forex card products aligning with business objectives, and managing the launch process including coordination with banking partners and networks (Visa/MasterCard). Additionally, you will oversee operations of the prepaid card program to ensure smooth processing, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with compliance, risk, finance, and technology teams is essential to ensure the program meets regulatory standards. Moreover, you will analyze performance data to optimize the prepaid card offering and make recommendations for enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and internalize the cost and revenue aspects of the card program as given by Network partners. - Negotiate with Program managers on various aspects of card launch. - Design and develop end-to-end prepaid forex card product in alignment with business objectives. - Manage the launch process including coordination with banking partners, networks (Visa/MasterCard). - Oversee operations of prepaid card program, ensuring smooth processing, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction. - Work closely with compliance, risk, finance, and technology teams to ensure program meets regulatory standards. - Analyze performance data to optimize the prepaid card offering and recommend enhancements. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience specifically in prepaid card product lifecycle design, implementation, and operations. - Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, AML, RBI guidelines in India). - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
