A strong command of
both written and spoken English is required;
additional languages an asset.
Hands-on with
email/SMS/WhatsApp/RCS tools and customer engagement platforms.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and campaign execution skills.
Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
