Job Description

As a Manager leading Technical Account Managers (TAMs) for the US & Canada region from Pune, your role is crucial in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer success during night shifts to align with North American customers. Key Responsibilities: - Own and execute renewals & expansion strategy for SMB accounts in US & Canada. - Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and quota attainment for the TAM team. - Develop scalable playbooks for renewals, expansion, and customer retention strategies. - Manage and coach a team of quota-carrying TAMs, driving performance optimization and goal alignment. - Identify high-potential accounts for strategic growth and expansion. - Strengthen executive-level relationships within key accounts for long-term partnership success. - Track and report sales performance, renewal trends, and expansion success to leadership using data insights from tools like Gong and Salesforce. Qualifications Required: - 3 to 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, renewals, or technical account management. - 2+ years of leadership experience in quota-carrying sales or account management roles. - Strong background in sales forecasting, renewal strategies, and pipeline management. - Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders across different levels. - Proficiency in sales tools like Salesforce, Gong, or similar platforms. - Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment as a self-starter.
