Manager - Portfolio Valuations

You will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of 8-10 valuation professionals in the preparation of valuations for illiquid investments, including equity and debt valuation, within the portfolio valuations space. This will involve managing workflow, staffing, quality review, project timelines, and team utilization to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery by yourself and team members. You will also provide support in reviewing and executing complex valuation projects from start to finish. In addition, you will guide the team on relevant accounting standards and address issue-based or project-specific topics. Your role will also involve contributing to and implementing the growth strategy of the team(s), identifying markets and products to focus on, and establishing skill sets and organizational structures to support growth and scalability. You will work towards increasing integration with onshore teams and actively participate in generating business from both existing and new onshore teams. Maintaining strong connections with onshore teams to drive business outcomes for the KGS team(s) will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be responsible for recruitment, learning and development, and performance management of the team(s). Additionally, you will lead at least one CF team-level task force and contribute to pan-DA initiatives to support the overall objectives of the organization.,
