Key Responsibilities:
Customer Management
– Handle guest check-ins, queries, and issues professionally– Maintain warm guest relations and collect feedback– Track bookings, payments, extras, and contact details
Data Handling
– Maintain booking records: customer name, check-in date, bill, advance, balance, etc.– Update guest info and create simple reports
Team & Operations Oversight
– Lead housekeeping and ground staff teams– Ensure clean rooms, smooth check-ins, and timely service– Solve on-site problems calmly and effectively
On-Ground Coordination
– Assist during group outings, weekends, or special events– Supervise flow of meals, activities, and guest experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
