Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Employee Engagement initiatives.
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including Succession Planning and Learning & Development (L&D) programs.
Ensure effective management of Industrial Relations (IR), Employee Relations (ER), Statutory Compliance, and handling of settlements.
Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth HR operations and alignment of business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA or MSW with 15+ years of experience managing end-to-end HR functions in a plant environment, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
Willingness to work a 6-day schedule with alternate Saturdays off.
