MANAGER - PLANNING

You will be responsible for managing all general planning issues within the production department. This includes scheduling work based on requirement stipulations, ensuring compliance with federal laws and regulations, providing progress reports, supervising project plans, and acting as an intermediary between various people and departments. Moreover, you will be required to maintain effective communication between the internal team and clients, supervise the requirements for the production department, acquire planning consent for proposals, and prepare proposals and site plans to align with management objectives. As the ideal candidate, you should possess a D.M.E. or B.E. degree along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in production planning control. You should have the ability to create innovative projects, analyze data, and effectively solve problems. Exposure to the requirements of automotive two-wheeler OEMs, including EV OEMs, as well as a deep understanding of aftermarket requirements is essential. Additionally, knowledge of labor norms, factory acts, and exposure to concepts such as KANBAN, JIT, and FIFO is highly beneficial. Experience with ERP systems and familiarity with planning tools like SAP B1 will be advantageous. The salary for this position will be determined based on your skills and experience.,
