Role Description

Developing Strategy for Pan India roll Outs and strategic decision making for successful and timely completion of the projects. Laying down the guidelines and SOP’s for the project implementation and directing the automation of the same. Developing the Project Execution Plan (PEP) to develop the project objectives and define the path for the successful completion of the project.

 Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission; identifying prospective targets and partner companies for the vision growth plans and performing preliminary financial and operational due diligence.

 Steering efforts in coordinating with the designers, consultants and ensuring timely deliverables.

 Developing project baselines; monitoring & controlling day-to-day activities of the projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects

 Ensuring implementation of the scope of work as related to construction activities conformance with project tender specifications, Scope of Work, in accordance with the approved Project Schedule

 Developing the costing for the project and monitoring the adherence to the same.

 Using the Earned value management framework for monitoring the progress of the works
