About Godrej Properties Limited (GPL):

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless project execution, from design to completion.
• Conduct micro-planning to optimize project workflows, resource utilization, and cost-efficiency.
• Monitor project progress against timelines, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial controls are in place.
• Analyze project data to identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support decision-making processes.
• Oversee the preparation of progress reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with site teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Implement project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and guide a team of planning engineers to enhance their professional growth and capabilities.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
• NICMAR certification (preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of planning experience in large-scale construction projects, preferably in residential multi-storied apartments or townships.
• Proven experience in planning various project activities, including micro-planning, budgeting, and interdepartmental coordination
