This role requires the incumbent to handle Pan India Labour Compliance activities; Compliance management on WeComply (tool for compliance reporting); front-ending all non-payroll activities related to UAN-Aadhaar seeding, PF, ESI and Gratuity; NPS administration; Reconciliation; Recovery of Full and final settlement (FFS) dues from employees and partnering with Legal team on the Litigation cases; Compliance calendar; Vendor Management & RFP process and assist Payroll head in all Audit matters. The incumbent should also have complete knowledge of Payroll compliance administration.
1. Leading, supervising and managing all activities related to Pan India Labour compliances, as applicable to PMLI, closely working with the Labour Compliance vendor. Sharing updated monthly dashboard with all stakeholders. 2. Monitoring vendor SLAs and holding regular performance meetings with the vendor; organising quarterly meetings/ knowledge sharing sessions with the internal stakeholders for their respective branches. 3. Ensuring high level of accuracy in applications submitted towards RCs under various Acts, filing of returns, maintenance of updated Registers and Records. 4. Reviewing/ drafting final response to all Notices, orders, etc. and ensuring timely submission of response along with requisite documents as evidence, where required. 5. Conducting vendor and branch compliance audits at regular intervals and ensuring immediate closure of observations, if any. 6. Ensuring real-time monitoring, accurate and timely reporting of all compliances on WeComply. 7. Leading both Authority and employee centric activities related UAN-Aadhaar seeding, PF, ESI and Gratuity. 8. Ensuring 100% availability of updated nomination forms for employees; 100% issuance of TIC to employees covered under ESI benefits. 9. Managing end to end administration of NPS and reconciliation.
1. 100% compliance, always, to the applicable labour laws. 2. 100% accuracy in admin and data related work. 3. Identify compliance gaps and/ or risks proactively and ensure closure as per act. 4. Timely and accurate submission on WeComply portal. 5. Timely response/ closure of all Notices, Inspections, Audits. 6. Analyse cases of UAN-Aadhaar seeding. 7. Proactive/ timely communication to a) Employees on benefits and/ or requirements under various labour laws; updating nominee data; b) UAN-Aadhaar seeding c) Recovery cases d) Any other
Any Graduate/ Postgraduate / LL.B with 8 ~ 10 years working experience in a Company with Pan India presence: 1. Pan India Labour compliances including PF, ESI, Gratuity Trust, S&E, CLRA, etc., Payroll processing and administration, Reconciliation and Audit. 2. Should have detailed working knowledge of following portals - PF, ESI, State S&E, Employment exchange, CLRA returns filing, any other.
1. Knowledge of Pan India Labour laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity, CLRA, etc. 2. Knowledge of Payroll processing towards PF, ESIC, PT and LWF etc. 3. Communication (written and oral), eye for detail, analytical and initiative taking skills and adherence to timelines; 4. MS Office skills especially Excel & PPT; 5. Knowledge of having worked on a Labour Compliance tool and an HR System would be an added advantage.
