Manager Payroll & Compliance

You will be joining a global MNC headquartered in Finland, renowned for its expertise in facility management services catering to manufacturing companies. Specializing in textile services across various industries such as pharma, HORECA, automotive, food, electronics, and more, we are at the forefront of delivering exceptional solutions. Your responsibilities will include ensuring statutory compliance by upholding labor laws like Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and tax regulations. You will be responsible for maintaining precise employee records encompassing attendance, leave particulars, benefits data, and tax-related paperwork. Your role will also involve tax management, policy & system maintenance, reporting, and providing necessary support to employees. To excel in this role, you must possess a sound understanding of legal matters, meticulous attention to detail for accurate calculations and compliance, excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with employees, management, and regulatory bodies, strong analytical skills for data interpretation and improvement identification, and technical proficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing industry, a background in managing Employee Benefits, exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, outstanding organizational and time management capabilities, the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.,
