Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our team as a Manager in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and business performance, with excellent managerial, organizational, analytical, and communication skills. ### Roles and Responsibility Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed client expectations. Collaborate with client counterparts to understand project requirements and ensure objectives align with strategic business goals. Communicate client expectations to the EY team and suggest ideas and roadmaps accordingly. Own project deliverables and seek clarity from clients whenever required. Assist the EY PAS team with successful delivery of projects for clients. Support and own Market building and Business Development Activities. ### Job Requirements Postgraduate degree, preferably MBA or PGDM from a Tier 1 B School. 9-12 years of experience post-MBA in an HR role. Consulting experience is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills. Highly flexible, adaptable, and creative. Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client). Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
