Job Description

As the Manager - Partnership & Resource Mobilization at Elios Management Consulting Pvt Ltd, your role will be crucial in strengthening and expanding the company's network of institutional, corporate, and non-profit donors. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing donor engagement strategies, managing key partnerships, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction, transparency, and sustained collaboration with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and nurture long-term relationships with potential donors, including corporates, foundations, HNIs, and international agencies. - Serve as the primary point of contact for donor communications, ensuring timely updates, transparency, and alignment with donor expectations. - Maintain a comprehensive database of donors, tracking engagement, communications, and contribution history. - Identify, research, and engage potential new donors aligned with Elios mission and programmatic areas. - Lead proposal development and grant applications, ensuring quality, alignment with donor priorities, and timely submission. - Work closely with program and impact teams to design fundable initiatives and compelling cases for support. - Build strategic alliances with CSR teams, philanthropic institutions, and international development agencies. - Represent Elios at donor meetings, CSR forums, and sectoral conferences to strengthen visibility and thought leadership. - Support co-creation of projects with donor partners and ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Ensure timely reporting to donors, including impact updates, financial utilization, and success stories. - Collaborate with internal teams to generate data-driven insights and communication materials showcasing project outcomes. - Maintain a high standard of documentation, presentations, and donor reports. Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Development Studies, Communications, or related field. - Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in donor management, CSR partnerships, fundraising, or institutional relations within the development or consulting sector. - Proven experience in developing and managing corporate and institutional donor portfolios. - Strong understanding of the social impact ecosystem particularly in healthcare, education, and livelihood sectors. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in the use of IT Applications is necessary. - Proficiency in proposal writing, reporting, and donor management tools. - A self-starter with strong networking, negotiation, and project management abilities. Someone with an existing donor network is desirable.,
