Job Description

Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage relationships with Channel Partners, System Integrators, Retailers, and Resellers to maximize sales opportunities.
Drive business growth for APC and Luminous UPS, Rack, and PDU products across assigned territory.
Identify and onboard new partners while strengthening existing partnerships.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
Ensure timely forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, promotions, and product positioning.
Conduct training and enablement sessions for partners to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical industry.
Strong expertise in channel development, relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
