Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the Research & Development (R&D) activities related to Frozen Foods, Ready to Eat, Snacks, and Baking products. Your expertise in the field, combined with your academic background, will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our R&D projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage R&D projects in the areas of Frozen Foods, Ready to Eat, Snacks, and Baking - Utilize your technical know-how to drive innovation and product development - Ensure compliance with FDA, EU, and FSSAI regulations throughout the R&D process - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and quality standards - Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance product offerings Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Food Science, Technology, Microbiology, Chemical, Process Engineering, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience at the Assistant Manager level in R&D, specifically in Frozen Foods, Ready to Eat, Snacks, and Baking - Strong understanding of the Frozen Food industry and multi-product technology - Knowledge of FDA, EU, and FSSAI regulations, as well as proficiency in SAP Additional Company Details: The company values a full-time commitment and offers a permanent position with a work schedule that may involve rotational shifts.
