Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - OTT / SVOD, located in Mumbai. The Manager will be responsible for managing content strategy and acquisition for the OTT platform, Dangal Play. Key responsibilities include overseeing content curation, developing and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing audience metrics, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role involves collaboration with content creators, production houses, and third-party vendors to secure quality content.

Salary : 5lpa to 10lpa (& Best as per market standards)

• Content Strategy, Content Acquisition, and Content Curation skills
• Experience in developing and implementing Marketing Strategies and Campaigns
• Analytical skills for Audience Metrics and Insights
• Team Coordination and Project Management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in OTT and SVOD industry standards and trends
• Experience in media and entertainment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field
