About the job: Job Title: Manager / Assistant Head - Student Recruitment (Execu¢ve MBA) Department / Campus: Student Recruitment (Sales) Loca¢on: Wadala Campus Repor¢ng to: Director Sales and Marke¢ng Key Responsibili¢es and Accountabili¢es of the role: Drive student engagement and recruitment opportuni¢es to meet and exceed enrolment targets in the assigned markets in India. Undertake promo¢onal ac¢vi¢es in the assigned region to generate new leads, mee¢ng prospec¢ve students and advise them on the EMBA program at S P Jain School of Global Management. Provide excellent student service levels to prospec¢ve students and stakeholders, including responding to enquiries within 24 hours. Drive conversion to enrolments through eec¢ve use of sales, business development and marke¢ng techniques to a¢ract, match and nurture prospec¢ve students. Work with crea¢ve and digital marke¢ng teams to develop messages for ads, e-mail, and phone calls to a¢ract and nurture qualied applicants. Work with the admissions team towards administra¢on of ap¢tude test, personal interviews and other selec¢on related informa¢on. Undertake market research and market analysis, contribu¢ng to the ongoing development and implementa¢on of student recruitment ac¢vity Eec¢ve and ecient use of external and internal tools and so¢ware e.g. CRMS to maintain accurate and complete data records. Work as part of a team to develop and execute a regional recruitment strategy, marke¢ng plan and ac¢vity calendar. Eec¢vely manage the planning and budge¢ng of resources to op¢mize regional recruitment ac¢vi¢es. Provide support and comprehensive training to the team and ensure that the targets are met. Educa¢onal Qualica¢ons & Experience: Masters degree or Equivalent. Educa¢on marke¢ng experience in higher educa¢on is a must. At least 7-10 years of work experience with ve years in higher educa¢on business development role preferred. Competencies: Excellent ability to work under pressure and to meet challenging recruitment targets. Excellent communica¢on and presenta¢on skills.
