Manager Operations

As an Assistant Manager Operations at our organization, your role will involve overseeing and managing the overall operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive operational excellence will be a key part of your duties. Managing and optimizing resource allocation across departments, analyzing operational data, and making data-driven recommendations to management are also crucial aspects of your role. Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing initiatives to maximize operational performance will be part of your responsibilities. Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the operations team, monitoring and evaluating operational performance, and implementing corrective actions when necessary are also key responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role include an MBA/MHA qualification or equivalent educational background, proven experience in a healthcare setting, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), a positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. Additionally, you should have the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism. Salary for this position will be based on interview performance and experience, and will be fixed at the time of the interview.
