As an Operations Manager, your role involves overseeing the efficient operation of multiple restaurant locations. Your key responsibilities include: - Staff Management: - Hiring, training, and developing restaurant staff. - Conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching. - Scheduling staff to optimize labor costs and meet demand. - Addressing employee concerns and maintaining team morale. - Operational Efficiency: - Monitoring and optimizing operational processes for smooth service flow. - Implementing cost-saving measures and managing budgets. - Analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement. - Ensuring compliance with company standards and quality control procedures. - Customer Service: - Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing complaints promptly. - Promoting excellent customer service practices. - Maintaining a positive brand image and customer experience. - Inventory Management: - Managing food and beverage inventory to minimize waste. - Ordering supplies and coordinating deliveries with vendors. - Implementing inventory control systems for tracking usage and costs. - Financial Oversight: - Tracking sales and revenue performance against targets. - Analyzing financial reports for cost reduction opportunities. - Managing budgets for each restaurant location. - Compliance and Safety: - Ensuring adherence to local health and safety regulations. - Conducting safety inspections and training employees on protocols. - Maintaining sanitation standards in kitchens and dining areas. - Strategic Planning: - Identifying market trends and growth opportunities. - Developing operational strategies to achieve business goals. - Collaborating with the leadership team on new store openings and expansion plans.
