Manager Operations - Insurance

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage a team of 10 front-line sales staff across designated districts.
• Drive the implementation and achievement of climate insurance sales targets.
• Train and support field teams to ensure effective communication of insurance products to rural farmers.
• Build partnerships with local institutions (e.g., cooperatives, panchayats, agri-entrepreneurs) to promote insurance awareness.
• Monitor sales performance, collect field data, and report progress regularly to regional leadership.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory norms and company policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Preferred: Strong background in rural or agricultural insurance.
• Proven track record in managing sales teams and delivering on targets.
• Excellent understanding of rural markets, especially in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
