As a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager - Operations in the Home Health industry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. You should have 10-15 years of experience in operations management in US healthcare (Coding) and a proven track record of managing teams, driving process improvements, and achieving operational goals. Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, proficiency in using operational management tools and software, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication skills, knowledge of budgeting and financial management, and the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities are essential skills for this role. As a detail-oriented, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution, you should be proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
