Manager Operations

As an Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing inventory management, handling financial oversight, ensuring compliance and safety, and strategic planning. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing restaurant staff across multiple locations, conducting performance evaluations, and scheduling staff effectively to optimize labor costs. Addressing employee concerns promptly and maintaining a positive team morale will be crucial aspects of your role. Monitoring operational processes, implementing cost-saving measures, and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement will be essential to ensure smooth service flow. You will also need to manage food and beverage inventory, order supplies, and implement inventory control systems to track usage and costs effectively. Financial oversight will involve tracking sales and revenue performance, analyzing financial reports, and managing budgets for each restaurant location. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting safety inspections, and maintaining proper sanitation standards will be key to maintaining a safe work environment. Strategic planning will require identifying market trends, developing operational strategies, and collaborating with the leadership team on new store openings and expansion plans. Your role will also demand strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication abilities, financial analysis expertise, problem-solving skills, knowledge of food safety regulations, and experience in the QSR industry.
