Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong operational and people management expertise to join our team as Manager Operations.

The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring process excellence, implementing controls, and driving continuous improvement within the capability centre. The candidate will be a key liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Capability Centre across Administration, finance, compliance, and support functions.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, internal controls, and quality standards.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of accountability, discipline, and performance.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and present operational insights to management.
• Partner with HR and leadership on talent acquisition, training, and staff engagement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide quick, sustainable solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Skills

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 58 years of post-qualification experience in operations, finance, or shared services.
• Prior experience in capability centres, consulting, audit, or financial services preferred.
• Proven ability to manage teams, deliver projects, and implement process improvements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a focus on quality and discipline.
