 Manager - Operations and Service 
 Job Purpose 
  • Daily monitoring of QC and other processes at LBO end.
  • Disbursement processing on Finnone & SFDC for consumer products.

  •  Duties and Responsibilities 
     Principal Accountabilities 
  •  Disbursement/Functional Accountabilities: 
  • Disbursement processing on Finnone & SFDC for consumer products.
  • Handle and manage partners for various processes.
  • Utilize available human capital at vendor to maximize productivity.
  •  Additional Accountabilities: 
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders such as Sales, IT, and Product for resolution of issues faced during processing.
  • Maintain accuracy for processed cases.
  • Preparation and circulation of daily reports with stakeholders.

  •  Major Challenges 
  •  Partner/Vendor Management:  Responsible for managing all activities at partner end including process and accuracy.
  •  Volume Uncertainty:  Manage unexpected volume increases due to process changes, new product additions, or communications from various departments.
  •  System Related Issues:  Address issues encountered while processing cases in various systems.

  •  Decisions 
  •  HC Utilization:  Decide how and when to utilize users depending on process volumes.
  •  Training:  Make decisions on training/retraining based on accuracy levels.

  •  Interactions   Internal Clients: 
  •  Business/Product Team:  For case processing, pendency, and hold reduction.
  •  IT Team:  For system issues, ID creation, and new improvements.
  •  Branch Ops:  To discuss process changes, feedback, and clearance of pending cases.
  •  PMO Team:  For new system-related improvements and data analysis.
  •  External Clients: 
  • Vendors (e.g., Cogent)

  •  Dimensions   Financial Dimensions: 
  • Productivity per associate.
  • Utilization of capacity at partner end.
  • Maintain accuracy of cases processed by partner users.
  •  Other Dimensions:

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience   Skills and Knowledge: 
  • Graduate degree required.
