Job Description

As a Manager of IT Engineering supporting Logistics, you ll play a pivotal role in enabling the systems that power our transportation networks and global logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

Partner with stakeholders across Logistics and IT to define and deliver impactful solutions
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in cloud-based custom solutions and leading industry SaaS platforms

Technical Delivery

Own the end-to-end technical delivery of complex Epics or technical components of larger initiatives that span multiple product teams or domains
Develop and maintain an engineering roadmap aligned with product roadmaps, business strategies, and architectural standards
Ensure adherence to best practices in data governance, security, and performance optimization
Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices, automation, and agile delivery

Team Development

Lead and mentor a team of engineers and data professionals
Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement
Identify skill gaps and create personalized development plans
Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
Facilitate access to training, certifications, and cross-functional learning opportunities
Support succession planning and internal mobility by developing future leaders
