Role Overview: As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at our company in Indore, you will play a vital role in overseeing various functions such as project management, customer support, HR, marketing, sales, and operations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth information flow and alignment of all company operations with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a strategic thinker, ensuring alignment of all company operations with organizational goals. - Identify and resolve operational challenges effectively. - Serve as the central point for information flow across all departments. - Maintain and manage all internal documents, marketing reports, project updates, and other critical organizational data. - Liaise with project teams to understand challenges and provide actionable solutions. - Foster effective communication between departments to ensure operational efficiency. - Monitor and resolve customer grievances with a focus on maintaining satisfaction. - Ensure a seamless customer experience through efficient support and resolution strategies. - Oversee and coordinate activities in HR, sales, marketing, projects, and customer support. - Provide leadership and mentorship to department heads and team members. - Deliver high-quality presentations for stakeholders and management. - Generate regular reports on operational status and key performance indicators (KPIs). Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Proven experience (7-10 years) in operations, strategy, or leadership roles. - Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent presentation and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - A pleasing personality with a professional demeanor. - Resides in Indore.
