Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of marine structure projects and coastal protection works.
  
• Review and approve structural designs, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
  
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, port authorities, and regulatory bodies for approvals and compliance.
  
• Oversee site supervision, QA/QC activities, piling works, dredging operations, and construction methodology.
  
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
  
• Conduct structural assessments, risk evaluations, and ensure adherence to marine engineering standards.
  
• Lead project documentation, progress reports, DPRs, and client communication.
  
• Ensure strict implementation of safety standards, environmental norms, and statutory requirements.
  
• Mentor and guide project engineers and site teams to drive performance and quality.

Preferred candidate profile

• M.Tech - Civil/ Structures/ Marine Engineering (Mandatory)
  
• 15 years experience in marine structure design/execution with port infrastructure projects.
