The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of industry-specific applications, and be well-versed with competitor offerings in the market. Key Responsibilities: Technical & Product Expertise Learn, Understand, discuss and demonstrate technical functionality of robotic solutions for painting, surface preparation, Cleaning of Oil Tanks, Marine Structures etc with perspective clients. Liaise with back end manufacturing & engineering teams so also with sales teams to be thorough with product models & specifications meet specific needs of individual clients - Conduct on-site demos, trials, and technical presentations. Commercial & Business Development - Identify new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas and Shipping sectors (shipyards, refineries, offshore installations, tank farms). Drive sales of robotics-based solutions with a consultative selling approach. Prepare techno-commercial proposals, tender documents, and pricing strategies in consultations with technical teams from principals & management. Prepare reports of client visits and follow up on perspective clients for orders. Update the management and Principals regarding the weekly client visit and follow up plan. Manage import & custom clearances for material arriving from principals including arranging for insurance etc, arrange for delivery to clients as per order. Ensure inspection during delivery and list down shortcomings if any. Arrange for receipt of material as per delivery challan from client. Market Intelligence & Competition Analysis - Track and report market trends, client needs, and technological developments. Should be aware about available equipment in market. Monitor such competitor products and rrecommend product enhancements or partnerships to stay competitive. Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, maintenance teams, and procurement heads. Handle post-sales technical support and feedback resolution in collaboration with the service team. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; MBA is a plus. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in techno-commercial roles.

Work closely with design teams to ensure accurate modeling and detailing of structural elements. Familiarity with national and international design codes: IS 456, IS 800, ACI, AISC, Eurocode, Ability to prepare and validate design calculations, structural models, and member sizing. Knowledge of foundation design, earth retaining systems, and concrete detailing. Strong documentation and report-writing skills. Good to Have Skills Experience in offshore or marine structures, such as jackets, decks, and subsea foundations. Familiarity with ETABS, SAP2000, or SAFE for advanced design tasks. Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or AVEVA E3D for design coordination. Understanding of geotechnical inputs, soil-structure interaction, and pile design. Exposure to BIM workflows and multidisciplinary model reviews. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Masters degree preferred for senior roles). 37 years of experience in civil/structural design for oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects. Certification in STAAD.Pro or prior EPC project experience is a strong advantage.

Hiring a Naval Architect with expertise in vessel assessment, structural analysis & dismantling at ship recycling yards. Must know HKC norms, ship design, safety planning. Alang experience preferred. Proficiency in CAD tools is a plus.

CAD software proficiency on international projects preferably Australia - Expertise in various CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit) Must have. Proficiency in technical drawings - Strong understanding of drafting principles, standards, and conventions – Must have. Data / document management system experience – ProjectWise and BIM360. Knowledge and project experience of working and delivering in a BIM environment. Experience in structural detailing practices in Australia will be desirable. Good interpersonal skills.
