As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks to deliver integrated media solutions for our clients: Become an expert on the brand : You'll need a full understanding of the category and brand objectives for the year, as well as the brand's specific media requirements and planning methods. Lead strategic projects : You'll initiate and deliver at least two strategic projects focused on integrated planning. Drive client discussions : You'll successfully lead media discussions with clients and work on media briefs independently. Own the portfolio : You'll have a complete understanding of your assigned portfolio and be able to present a comprehensive 360-degree media approach. Additional Responsibilities Build client relationships : You will take charge of the client's media needs, from strategy formulation to final implementation, to build and foster strong relationships. Provide strategic media plans : You'll provide media plans across all mediums, using insights from brief mining and data analysis. Innovate and solve problems : You'll provide insights-led solutions for brand problems through our Provocative Planning framework and other media tools. This includes generating new ideas and communication approaches to achieve innovations across all mediums. Maintain quality and integrity : Your focus will be on the quality of output, consistent performance, professional conduct, a strong sense of ownership, honesty, and integrity. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a candidate who is ready to jump into a fun, entrepreneurial environment and grow with us. Here's what you'll need: Experience : A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, or a related field. Integrated planning skills : A solid understanding of integrated online and offline media planning, campaign management, and data analysis. Tool proficiency : Hands-on experience with media research tools like Comscore, GWI, and BARC , and experience working on Google and Facebook platforms . Campaign management : The ability to plan and manage all digital marketing, trackers, communication, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Strategic and analytical mindset : You should have a strong understanding of business, marketing, and consumers, keeping abreast of current industry trends. You'll need excellent strategic innovation and creativity skills, strong analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative), and exceptional presentation skills. Team player with a positive attitude : You should have a good knowledge of media tools and processes, understand all media channels and disciplines, and be able to develop simple, actionable ideas into effective strategies. Excellent communication skills are a must.
