Job Description

Provide specialist (Electricals) inputs during concept design
Validate Bill Of Quantities for (Electricals) works as prepared by the architect
Analyze (Electricals) tender bids and prepare rate analysis documents
Developing (Electricals) contractors
Pre-qualification of (Electricals) contractors
Preparing detailed project plan for the (Electricals) activities including time, resources required and costs
Maintain critical design documentation and ensure updates based on agreed changes, if any
Analyze (Electricals) extra work requests and estimate cost implications
Monitor civil (Electricals) contractor performance on an on-going basis.
Maintain time, effort, labor and cost details for (Electricals) activities at appropriate levels of detail in the estimation database
Maintain (Electricals) contractor labor rates for cost estimation
