Role Description

full-time, on-field Manager role

driving marketing and business development activities

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to increase brand presence and sales.
Visiting clients, retailers, and potential partners across different cities to promote Meenakshi Diamonds’ products.
Identifying new business opportunities and building strong, long-term client relationships.
Coordinating with the design and production teams to align client requirements with product offerings.
Conducting market research to understand trends, competition, and customer preferences.
Representing the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events.
Ensuring smooth coordination between the marketing, sales, and head office teams.

Qualifications

Proven
experience in marketing, sales, or business development
, preferably in the
jewelry or luxury goods industry
.
Strong
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
.
Excellent
presentation and client-handling abilities
.
Ability and willingness to
travel extensively
across states for marketing and client visits.
Strategic mindset with a result-driven approach.
Bachelor’s degree in
business, marketing, or a related field
.
Leadership and team coordination skills are an added advantage.
