Job Description


Technical Skills:

  • Research, select, and purchase advertising space in various media outlets
  • Ensure that content is delivered to the target audience in the most effective manner.
  • Analyse market trends.
  • Develop strategies and campaigns to increase customer engagement and sales.
  • Set campaign timelines by coordinating resources.
  • Ensure media plans are executed on time and within the budget.
  • Monitor the progress of all campaigns, conduct reviews, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Maintain ties with media contacts, suppliers, and clients.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure that all campaigns comply with governing guidelines and industry standards.
  • Consolidate and analyze media reports.
  • Measure campaign performance. Identify areas for improvement based on the analysis.
  • Provide creative input and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ensure quality control of all media materials.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Take on additional responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.


Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • Candidates with a Master’s degree will be preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, managing, and executing media plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of the latest trends in media messaging.
  • Excellent project management and managerial skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of executive policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • A creative approach to problem-solving and a willingness to think outside the box.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to take the initiative.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
