Job Description

Reporting to Maintenance Manager,BTC-Aurangabad, ensuring executing safety related actions and projects, Reliability of equipments, meeting energy and bold goals, Keeping break down and cost in line or better than AOP. Development of talent by mentoring and coaching apart from common goals applicable to plant overall performance.
1. Responsible for reliability of BC Mechanical equipments as Hydraulic and Mechanical curing presses- Sinorapp and L&T, final finish equipment - AAA ( MHI) and Micropause 2. Ensure all safety standards as per GY requirements. 3. To ensure all statutory compliances falling in preview of business center. 4. Upkeeping of machines to make sure zero breakdown and process conformity. 5. Handling capex related to sustenance. 6. To drive Plant Optimization- Reliability pillar as per guidelines. 7. To coordinate with other department like Production, Quality, Safety to drive the Plant KPIs. 8. Make sure maintenance cost is within plan 9. Spare parts management, ensure inventory as per requirement. 10. Create bench of Indigenous suppliers in alignment with the global team to reduce the Import content and enhance local know how.
