Role Overview: As a University Hiring professional, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential students and their parents in a professional and persuasive manner to promote the University. You will be required to dial calls to the student database, conduct follow-up calls, achieve daily call targets, and ensure closures while maintaining work ethics. Additionally, you will plan and estimate material requirements, develop a network of consultants and local contacts, and conduct various events and activities. Key Responsibilities: - Dial calls to potential students database and raise awareness about the University - Engage with students/parents in a professional and persuasive manner - Conduct follow-up calls and ensure closures while upholding work ethics - Achieve assigned call targets on a daily basis and individual targets of admissions/walk-ins - Undertake distribution activities as requested - Ensure completion of day-to-day tasks assigned to subordinates - Plan and estimate material requirements for kits, flyers, calendars, gifts, etc. - Develop a network of consultants, local contacts, event organizers, and vendors - Achieve team targets and prepare strategies accordingly - Manage resources efficiently and analyze cost-effectiveness in maintaining centers - Conduct events and activities such as PM-TM, Education Fair, Sarpanch Meet, Campus Visits, etc. - Plan and forecast office expenses with strong negotiation skills Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in a similar role within the education sector - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a target-driven environment - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Knowledge of event planning and execution - Negotiation skills for managing expenses effectively Additional Company Details: The work location for this position is in-person.
