Manager - Marketing & Sales

As a University Recruiter, your role will involve dialing calls to potential students and engaging with them in a professional and persuasive manner to promote the University. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting follow-up calls and ensuring closures while maintaining work ethics. - Achieving daily call targets and individual targets for admissions/walk-ins at the regional office. - Participating in distribution activities as required. - Ensuring that day-to-day tasks are completed by the team. - Planning and estimating material requirements for various promotional activities. - Building a network of consultants, local contacts, event organizers, and vendors. - Managing resources efficiently and analyzing cost-effectiveness. - Organizing events and activities such as PM-TM, Education Fair, Sarpanch Meet, Campus Visits, etc. - Planning and forecasting office expenses with strong negotiation skills. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to meet targets and work under pressure. - Excellent organizational and negotiation abilities. - Prior experience in recruitment or sales will be advantageous.
