we are seeking an ambitious and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to market financial and banking products to corporate and SME clients. Identify and onboard new clients for loan syndication, project funding, and related services. Build strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with measurable business growth. Lead promotional campaigns, networking activities, and client meetings. Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks tailored to client needs. Qualifications & Skills Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing. 3–7 years of proven experience in sales of financial/banking products (loans, project finance, investment products, etc.). Strong knowledge of banking processes, credit appraisal, and loan products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
