Job Description

Turn complex tax and finance stories into scroll-stopping video. Youll shoot, cut, animate, and push the limits of AI shipping snackable, data-rich content across YouTube, Reels, and LinkedIn at startup speed.

What Youll Do

Concept Publish:
Own the full video pipeline storyboards, camera, lighting, edit, grade, sound, motion graphics, final export.
Point Shoot:
Shoot, edit, and publish trending topics with agility.
Generative AI RD:
Rapid-fire tests with tools like Runway Gen-3, Pika, Sora, Firefly, Midjourney, and Premieres Sensei; build prompt libraries and style presets for the team.
Platform Natives:
Cut multiple versions per platform (6-sec hooks, 15-sec Reels, 90-sec explainers, live-stream setups).
Visual Journalism:
Translate data, product screens, and finance jargon into punchy visuals, infographics, and kinetic typography.
Speed Iteration:
Deliver same-day edits, run A/B thumbnail and hook tests, and refine based on watch-time analytics.
Asset Library:
Maintain a modular library of reusable video assets.

Target number of edited videos per week across channels.
Average Watch-Time:
Improve view-through rates on LinkedIn and YouTube.
