Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement integrated marketing and business development strategies that align with overall company goals and revenue targets. Identify target audiences, market segments, and effective channels for outreach. Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification to inform strategic decisions. Brand Management & Awareness: Build, enhance, and maintain the company's brand image and reputation across all touchpoints. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity in all marketing communications. Implement campaigns to increase brand awareness and recall within the target market. Lead Generation & Nurturing: Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (digital, traditional, events). Utilize SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital tools to drive inbound leads. Develop lead nurturing programs to convert prospects into qualified opportunities for the sales team. Content Strategy & Development: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and social media posts. Ensure content is engaging, informative, and aligned with marketing and sales objectives. Digital Marketing & Analytics: Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts across various platforms. Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Event Management & Public Relations: Plan, organize, and manage company participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, webinars, and other promotional events. Coordinate PR activities to generate positive media coverage and industry recognition. Business Development Support: Work in close collaboration with the sales team to provide necessary marketing tools, sales enablement content, and market intelligence. Assist the sales team in preparing customized presentations and proposals for key clients. Identify potential strategic partnerships or alliances that can drive business growth. Budget Management: Develop, manage, and track the marketing and business development budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and optimal ROI. Team Leadership (if applicable): If applicable, lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior marketing/BD executives, fostering a culture of creativity, performance, and collaboration. Vendor & Agency Management: Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, freelancers, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Communication (Local Emphasis): Communicate clearly and persuasively with internal teams, clients, partners, and vendors. Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi is essential for effective local market engagement, content creation, and interaction with regional stakeholders. Excellent English proficiency is mandatory for corporate communication, technical writing, and broader marketing campaigns.
