Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end finance solution design and delivery for complex projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Financial modules and the ability to work independently in a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud Finance solutions for complex projects
• Own both process and product design
• Independently handle RFP responses and solutioning
• Work offshore to deliver full-cycle implementation and support
• Prepare fit-gap analysis, config docs, test scripts, and training materials
• Perform configuration, smoke, and regression testing
• Design integrations with 3rd party systems (Salesforce, Zuora, RevPro, etc.)

Required Skills

• Expertise in at least 3 modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash/Expense Management, SLA, Cloud Tax, Accounting Hub
• Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations
• Strong functional documentation and presentation skills (MS Visio, PowerPoint)
• Mandatory client-facing and onsite experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
