Job Description - Data Engineer
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science,
or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
o 5+ years of consulting experience in technology implementations, particularly in
data management and analytics.
o Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and initiatives.
Technical Skills:
o Deep knowledge of enterprise data management, data engineering, and advanced
analytics.
o Familiarity with platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift
o Reporting experience on tools such as Tableau/ Power BI
Soft Skills:
o Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to
diverse audiences.
o Exceptional supervisory and coaching skills, with a hands-on approach to project
management.
o Experience in agile methodologies, with a focus on delivering results in dynamic
environments.
