Role & responsibilities Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: This involves creating comprehensive marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives to increase brand awareness, attract new patients, and improve patient retention. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand patient needs, preferences, and behaviors, as well as analyze competitor activities and market trends. Sales and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other referral sources to generate patient volume and increase referrals. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, and community outreach events. Content Creation and Management: Develop and manage marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, website content, and social media posts, ensuring consistency and brand alignment. Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing return on investment. Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines. Team Leadership and Supervision: May involve supervising a marketing team, managing their performance, and ensuring they achieve their goals. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and sales efforts, providing data-driven insights to improve strategies and maximize impact.
