Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support the overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Help oversee the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Human Resources, and Operations to ensure alignment and effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, including sales presentations, brochures, and website content.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and customer engagement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and apply them to enhance marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Ensure cost-effective utilization of marketing resources.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders within the company to enhance brand visibility.
