Manager, Marketing and Leasing (Commercial)

As a Marketing and Leasing Manager within the India Commercial portfolio at Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd, your primary role will involve managing marketing and leasing activities to maximize rental and occupancy. Your responsibilities will include: - Formulating and implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the assigned portfolio. - Providing strong strategic leadership and coaching to the team to secure new tenancies and identify market segments and prospects. - Conducting market research on competitors and market benchmarks for rentals and occupancy costs. - Being responsible for preparing and checking annual rental budgets and rental forecasts. - Providing regular updates to Management on market supply, demand, pricing, competition, and market positioning for the asset. To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, or Business Marketing. - 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in marketing and leasing, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. - Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts. - Strong presentation, negotiation, and effective interpersonal skills.
