✡ *Experience :- 15 YEARS +

✡ *Salary :- DEPENDS UPON THE EXPERIENCE

✡ *Education :- PHD IN MICROBIOLOGY

🔆 🎯 *Job Summary* :We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee manufacturing operations and regulatory compliance within our calcium carbonate production facility. This role ensures that all processes meet industry standards, environmental regulations, and safety protocols while driving operational efficiency and product quality.📌 *Key Responsibilities*:🔆 *Manufacturing Operations*
  • Lead and supervise daily chemical manufacturing activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and safety standards.
  • Optimize plant performance through lean manufacturing, process improvements, and cost control initiatives.
  • Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging.
🔆 *Regulatory Compliance*
  • Ensure compliance with national and international chemical regulations (e.g., REACH, EPA, OSHA, BIS).
  • Prepare and submit documentation for product registrations, licenses, and audits.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.
