This role is critical in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships while identifying current market trends and consumer behaviors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth. Set, monitor, and report on sales goals and performance metrics. Lead the sales team through the entire sales process, from planning to closing. Collaborate with internal teams to align on business strategies and initiatives.
