Role Overview

The Manager – Liaisoning will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth approvals, compliance, and execution of projects. This role requires strong networking skills, knowledge of statutory regulations, and the ability to represent the organization effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory Approvals & Compliance:

• Coordinate with government departments, local authorities, and statutory bodies for obtaining necessary approvals, licenses, and clearances.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

• Stakeholder Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials, municipal bodies, and other external stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all liaisoning activities.

• Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare and submit required documents for approvals and maintain accurate records.
• Track progress of applications and provide regular updates to management.

• Project Support:

• Facilitate timely approvals for infrastructure, construction, or engineering projects.
• Resolve issues related to land acquisition, environmental clearances, and statutory compliance.

• Risk Management:

• Identify potential regulatory risks and work proactively to mitigate them.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

  Graduate in any discipline (Law, Public Administration, or Engineering preferred).

• Experience:

  8+ years in liaisoning with government bodies, preferably in infrastructure, real estate, or engineering sectors.

• Skills:

• Strong networking andrelationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of government processes, regulatory frameworks, and e-governance portal
• Experience in Roads , Highway Infrastructure projects.

• Other:

  Ability to travel extensively and work under tight deadlines.
